The past is part of our life that we cannot change, but we can write a new past by welcoming new possibilities, and opportunities, having a positive outlook, and being proactive in creating a new future that aligns with our values.
From a young age, I was passionate about becoming a strong man with wide shoulders and six-pack. when I was young, I faced many struggles that had me from becoming what I wanted. one of the struggles was leaving my country because of war then move to new country, new life, no language, weakness in soul and body, pain, loss, and defeat, once, I remember that I did not leave the house for 2 months, and here the story of transformation begins, in the year of 2015, I decided that I would not look at the past and would focus on the future, and I would turn my weakness into strength, with in 2 months I was training from home I was doing any exercises just to get into the spot and get stronger physically and mentally, I thought that I have weak physical body, actually I was wrong, then I start going to the gym, then later on along the way my life wasn't straight path, I had a lot of up and downs and many challenges and obstacles, but this is life, we learn and mature from challenges and obstacles, and we grow stronger the more difficult the road is, now let's start embracing your future.
